  : We rented two condo units side-by-side for four nights to have good spaces for four couples. We were staying in Gatlinburg together for a wedding. This was a great arrangement for us to get together for meals, conversations, hanging out. These condo units are in a fantastic place in Gatlinburg. There is a picturesque old church building across the road just outside our front doors. We enjoyed the lovely little river running next to the building. The wedding site on the mountain top was just ten minutes to the east, on mostly easy roads. A Food City was only five minutes away. The two evening dinners in restaurants were just 10-15 minutes west near the entrance to the park (even with Gatlinburg's congestion!) The road leading up toward Pigeon Forge took off less than a mile west.Inside the condo units, the dishes and cookware, the appliances, the dishwasher and laundry supplies, all suited us well. The towels were just enough - you would need to do laundry if you wanted to have more than one per person. The dishwasher was wonderful, and amazingly clean!The parking garage spaces under the building worked well for us. It was October, so the pool was closed.
  : In Riverside Escape unit, tub light in hall bathroom needs to be replaced. Adjoining bedroom's lamp didn't work. There was no electricity to the outlet no matter how many switches we tried.It would be very nice to have robe hooks added in the bathrooms.One of the ceiling fans was out of balance (possibly the one in the living room of Roaring Romance?) It seemed out of character with the very nice condos to have the minimal number of towels in the kitchen and bathrooms. It also stood out that the paper towels and toilet paper were not of higher quality. (Maybe that has something to do with water treatment facility restrictions?)

  : The location was great...
  : We have stayed at the condo many times and it was very clean, this time was bad you could write you name in the furniture the floors were very dusty, I swept and vacuumed, I got the vacuum cleaner out and it was so full of dirt and dust I had to clean it out before I could use it, the kitchen cabinets had dried food on them I had to scrape the food off of them the refrigerator had food or something all over it, I have never seen so much dust in a place all my life, I think all they did was clean the bathroom and made the bed, the kitchen table looked like it had been wiped with a dirty rag, I got a coffee cup out of the cabinet and dried coffee was in the botton of the cup there was dried food on the silverware, this was uncalled for as much as you have to pay for cleaning you expect better Gate house was awear of the problem I sent her everything that I've told you and she said that room below us said basically to same thing I did. Under the end tables had hunks of dust this didn't just happen over night it had been that way for a while, we pay to much for cleaning for it not to be clean when you arrive something needs to be done I cleaned and cleaned and the more I cleaned the madder I got so I just stopped, I go on vacation to enjoy it not to clean the whole time I am there I do clean the mess that I make up, I don't leave the place in a mess when I leave either, I love staying there but I do not like a dirty room when you pay all that money I will be staying there in September but I will check it before I take my luggage in because I will not stay in a dirty place again.
