  : The location was great. The house was an awesome size. Home was beautifully decorated. Easy access into home. Didnt have to search for a facility to check in.
  : The theatre screen wasnt hooked up. We had to figure how to get it to show. The jacuzzi was running and was very nasty. We could not use it. The other tv in theatre room only showed on demand channel. Wasnt aware that a bathroom was outside. We thought that they all were inside.

  : The property was beautiful. Lots of Windows in the living room let in plenty of natural light. The master suite was amazing. The shower in the master bath was great. The home is very big and spacious. We enjoyed the huge living room and kitchen. The kids loved the game room.
  : We could not use the pool. It was more than warm enough to swim but the pool was not useable it was extremely filthy. We were disgusted by the whole pool erea. And the bathroom in the downstairs bedroom with the bunk beds was nasty. Every time we flushed the toilet sewage came up through the shower. For the price we paid we shouldn't have had these issues.

  : It had a septic leak on the first night. Looking back in the reviews they know they had a septic problem but still rented it out. We had feces all in the downstairs bathroom in the room with bunkbeds with the kids slept.

  : It is roomy . Could be a great place for large family gatherings if they would take better care of the place and do a better job cleaning it.
  : Several times I ask about amenities such as Theater projector,hot tub, cleanliness because of the past reviews. I was sent a reply that stated they keep up all amenities. The theater projector’s bulb was blown. Maintenance man come but did not have a replacement. It seems to me that having a replacement would be standard considering this is one of the amenities that should be in working order. Also the Tv downstairs did not work because it had a bad HDMI cable. He never returned to fix this either. This house is not well kept. Walls in kitchen had spatters that had never been cleaned off. The dishwasher was not working. Several bulbs where out above the kitchen table and bulbs are missing from most lamps. Cobwebs , dirty walls and baseboards are the norm. Some of the sheets on the beds are badly stained and even if they are clean it is disgusting to sleep in stain sheets. There are no extra blankets and only blanket on the beds are the comforters. Most places have sheets and a clean blanket so the guest are not forced to freeze or use the same comforter that is not changed between guests. My family had a great time and tried to over look things. It was a good thing I brought my own Lysol and wipes because this place is not very clean. This house would be so nice if better care was kept of it. Last but not least the cleaning people showed up 20 minutes before check out. The horn was blown at us. I am hoping that was an accident because of not it was rude. In my opinion you should hire a new cleaning crew or keep up with frequent inspections of them because I feel they are not doing their jobs very well.

  : The house was EVERYTHING!! We had more than enough room/bathrooms (12 women)! The house owes us nothing!
  : The only reason that the house didn’t get a 10 is because the only option for tv was local cable and a DVD player. Would have been nice to have had access to a smart tv to log onto my streaming services especially in the movie theater area in the basement.
