Gatlinburg Condo with Pool Access Balcony and Mtn View

  : The location was great the layout of the condo was great.
  : Broken door handle on balcony door , the paper towel holder was falling down , found old food in the floor the wifi access wasnt right and no one would help me. What I dont understand is I got a extra $100 cleaning charge when i booked so i figure the people who stayed before me got the same charge. I did not see a $ 100 cleaning job . If I was you as a company I would be more involved in who I represented.

  : The view was beautiful and we got to see black bears. The loft was nice.
  : The drive up was scary. The condo needed to be up dated the balcony was not very sturdy it felt like we were going to fall. The balcony door handle fell off when we opened it. The blinds were all broken. The floor felt very unlevel. There were black bears all over and people were feeding them. Not fun! The pictures from the site were very misleading.

  : The condo was dirty and outdated....the windows were dirty and you could tell it wasnt swept or vacuumed before our arrival. Blankets were thrown in a ball in the closet and there were stained pillows with no pillowcases. There was no local TV station to check weather.The facility in general was gross. The hallways needed to be cleaned, vacuumed, carpet needed to be replaced and they were hot and had a smell to them. The in door pool and hot tub were closed due to roof damage.With such an amazing view of the mountains, you would think the owners would stick some money back in to the facility.Would I stay here again? Absolutely. The view makes up for the grossness of everything else. I would bring my own pillow and blanket next time bc I'm certain the ones there are not cleaned

  : the condo was dated. the place didnt look like it had been cleaned. blood stains on the mattress covers. food left in the oven. food behind the door of the master bedroom. a childs toy was actually made up in the sheets of one of the double beds. the blinds were broken. the sliding glass door didnt lock. the TV sound was muffled in the living room. the dishwasher didnt get the dishes clean. very let down, especially for the rates. no extra linens or blankets.

  : The view, the floor plan was great and the extra bathroom was a major plus!
  : The bed frame was loose and could fall at any moment and there was a slight lean of the mattress to the left which made sleeping difficult

  : The view was great, the space was good, it was easy to get check in and out, there was a small playground but it was too cold to use it, the condo basically had everytihing we needed inside for our stay. Netflix access was a bonus.
  : The indoor pool and hot tub was literally the reason we chose this condo, but a couple of days prior to our trip we received an email telling us the indoor pool facilities were closed to due to maintenance. We were highly disappointed in that, seeing as how it was spring break and snowing outside. It definitely put a damper on our trip with 6 kids. It seemed to us like the pool had been closed for quite some time, so the information should have been provided to us a lot sooner than it was so that we could have cancelled the booking and found another place that did have a usable pool for us. Also, the bathtubs were not very clean, with soap scum and pink mildewy stuff around the showers. The floors were coming apart I'm various places and the whole place needed some fixing up.
