  : Breakfast was good. As expected from a hotel. Would be a nice option to serve bacon sometimes. And maybe some fresh fruit. It was the same menu every morning. The location is great! Walking distance to everything. Staff was great and friendly.We got to watch the drone show and fireworks from our balcony which was a big bonus! Didn't have to fight the crowds.
  : Eggs were very undercooked. Although hotel is undergoing renovations, our room was done but the bathroom floor was still dirty. Dirt in the corners, some stuff stuck on the floor. Just needed a good cleaning. Rest of the room was great.

  : We usually stay at this hotel when we visit Gatlinburg. The location is great and the staff is very friendly
  : They are currently under construction so on top of us having to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to leaks, you will also be woken up at 7am to the sound of saws, drills and whatever else they are using to complete construction. Other people staying at the hotel had to switch rooms as well for varying reasons. It also seems like the construction company is cutting corners any way they can. It was not the relaxing stay it usually is. Also the pool is not available due to construction even though their Facebook posted to “enjoy our pool” this very week. If you stay here be prepared to have to switch rooms and probably move your car a couple times until it’s finished.

  : The staff was very friendly and the food was as expected. They hotel is being renovated, so the breakfast was located on the upper level in a meeting room, which wasn't ideal for staff, but worked. The room we stayed in was newly renovated and they did a great job on the remodel! The only thing I would change is the mattress... it was a little worn. Hotel is at the end of the strip, but it was really easy to walk to all the attractions. Would stay here again for sure!
  : Nothing really negative to say other than a new mattress in the rooms would make sleeping a little easier.

  : We liked the second room we were assigned. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the strip, but the paint was peeling on the railing, and music from the strip was loud until late at night, so keep that in mind. We enjoyed being able to look and sit outside and see the town's activity. The breakfast was very good, and had options like sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, waffles, grits, oatmeal, etc. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available all the time. The location is great for walking in downtown Gatlinburg, and is directly across the street from Crockett's. We enjoyed breakfast there.
  : I booked an accessible (only thing available online) balcony room with a fireplace. The first room we were assigned was a handicap accessible room at the end of a long hall. The only window in the room opened up into a hallway, and the room's balcony was across the hall, shared with other rooms. There was no privacy at all. The room was very dark and drab and really needed to be remodeled. The front desk was very helpful in getting us moved to another room, but also charged us more. Only one elevator was working, and from what I have read, the elevator has been broken for many months. There was a couple of men working on it, but it was not fixed during our stay. The whole place needs to be updated. The carpet in the hall was stained and the walls are pretty beat up. This hotel has the potential to be a wonderful place with some work.

  : Location was good,and so was the staff
  : There was no pool. It was under construction and my family and i was not told about this while booking. This was told to us when we arrived.also they were doing construction on the 4th floor up and we're very noisey. We were woke up around 7am each morning to them drilling or making load noise. That was not relaxing at all. I did not like my experience there.

  : Extremely out dated, smelled bad. Carpet is coming up. But they are fixing to start renovations. So hope all is well next time.
