  : Location offered great views / hot tub was a nice bonus after a long drive / roomy house / Christmas decor was a nice touch / games in balcony was fun / easy access in & out using a key code / quiet & private / lots of natural light / 3 bathrooms was nice / definitely would be nice for larger groups & families
  : Had to call customer service the day before because I couldn't get into "guest portal" / Hard to locate house in the dark with no lighting, sign was hard to see, etc. / driveway was very steep & we had to park at the bottom because car tires wouldn't grip up the bumpy driveway / not very clean (floors were very dirty, other people's hair throughout, toilet bowl cleaning brush was just thrown on the floor in the one bathroom closet--yuck) / curtains throughout did not allow for privacy at all when drawn / all the "rules" & instructions with locked doors saying "nothing of value in here"and notes written on little slips of paper throughout literally the ENTIRE house was a major turn-off / Wi-Fi password on fridge did not work / channels on TVs were awful & not a lot of choice / lots of trash around the exterior house / beds weren't comfy / the tons & tons of emails & texts regarding beginning of stay to end of stay to checkout instructions to cleaning and housekeeping instructions were just overwhelming and made the stay not enjoyable overall / honestly just don't feel overall it was worth the money
