: that is a wonderful bed and breakfast place. thanks to owner who was helpful and hospitable. beautiful garden next to the nature area. we had a cycling tour that owner gave us two bicycle for free. breakfast was also really good. if you are with car and want to add a city visit for your trip, you can reach to Groningen in 20 min, not so far. you can use the Hoogkerk P+R parking. Parking is free over there. you just need to use bus which is 10 min to city center and very frequently. that is 6 euro wit return ticket up to 5 people.

: The Location of the property is very nice being only a short drive away from Groningen and it's located in a very quiet residential area. The house and the garden are very well kept and appealing to look at from the outside. The breakfast was very nicely made just for the two of us with a fair selection of things to choose from and it was served in the main living room of the house to make it more comfortable.
: Our room got pretty cold during the night, after asking the host regarding the non-working heaters we were simply told that there is no need for heating and it's warm enough. The bathroom shower design is very flawed, flooding half the bathroom and you have to sweep it back into the drain yourself after taking the shower. No TV in the room at all and the walls of the entire house are poorly soundproofed so we were told to keep things pretty quiet as early as 10PM after doing nothing more than taking a shower and talking normally. Overall for us the price (110) does not reflect what the accomodation actually offers in the end.
