: Very large comfortable house with a large yard. Rooms seems to have a little too much furniture in them, but there is definitely plenty of seating in the place. The main beds were very comfortable, while the added one in the living room wasn't as much, but would be fine for kids. All-in-all I would stay there again. It was very quiet and had everything we needed for a weekend of hockey.
: We arrived a little before check-in and had no return communication regarding an early check-in. The phone number was not answered until exactly 1600, turns out it's a travel agency where you pick the keys up so it makes sense after the fact. After talking to a resident in the house, they were told I already had the keys. So there was some miscommunication. Additionally, there was no WiFi password in the place. I had to contact them about that and I did eventually get it, but we were WiFi-less for the first 24hrs or so.

: Home was roomy and nice older home with patio and yard
: The checking process was a total nightmare. Lock box needs to be at home not over a mile away at an office with no one there. The property manager needs to return calls and not make you wait 3 hours and then help you get the wrong keys with no versification.

: The location was good, the terrace.
: Was no toilet paper in the bathroom, I hope you dont arrive a Saturday evening. No soap only a empty plastic bottle over the lavatory, should have been in the thrash, cant understand. No wash machine, supposed to be one, no microwave, and the refrigerator has no freezer. The main room the mattress is like butter and the other room like a stone. A bit dirty. We are very often in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, very disappointed.

: Haus is old and wet smelly. Furniture old, carpets dirty. We paid whole confirmed price but during our stay was from our account taken extra 30 EUR without privious explanation. On my request I received explanation that tax was during booking process wrong calculated. Claim was admited. Be careful!
