  : it was too hot and you cant open windows or doors because it is full of insects outside and no window screen or neat. I sent a lot of emails to booking and flat owner to provide a fan there was no response at all!!a lot of insects inside appartment.

  : If we had not had an English speaking taxi driver who located the key-press on the side of the letting management building in an industrial estate at the opposite side of the town to the location of the apartment and who assisted us in filling in the forms in poor light late in the evening we would have really been stymied. The flat was difficult to identify in the house initially. We were also required to return the keys to the same location out of hours, due to our flight times - both occasions cost us further expense in taxi fares. The only contact we had was when my wife had to ring the office as the heating and hot water failed: this was rectified within the hour. Goodness knows what would have happened if this had failed outside office hours. At no stage did anyone check to see if we had arrived and that everything was in order. There was no instruction about the various external blinds, which we eventually worked out through trial and error. Some of the lights were temperamental.
  : Never saw anyone nor did we have any contact until after the heating problem had been rectified. Lack of toilet rolls, kitchen rolls and only one bath and hand towel each for a whole week: this is unacceptable for the price. With a towel, sheets laundry and cleaning charge of 126 Euros they expected us to sweep the floor! Had to leave cash for bus-passes in key-press on collection of keys.
