  : I apologize if i couldnt rate my stay accurately but my hate for liars is overwhelming.
  : Front desk stated I could come back after tuning in room for deposit. However I was denied .call the front desk three times and would get disconnected everytime . Used the complaint portal 3 times. Every one promised response with 24 hours which was another lie . They didn't get back to this day! 5th e day they tell me it was over. They succeeded in detouring me from deposit time frame.

  : The location was great the room was not too standard at all. I got locked out my room went to the office 3 times and couldn’t get in they kept giving me wrong key. Room was not clean bathroom was dirty.
  : Bathroom the staff the room wasn’t clean and when it was time check the man wouldn’t let us get our stuff in time before we leave standing at our door watching.

  : Property overrun with drug addicts, homeless and unsavory people. Staff very rude and unprofessional. Room was dirty and insect infested.

  : I was welcomed by Miki, a lovely down to earth guy on reception. The room was a great size, clean, and the mattress was nice and firm for me. Lovely housekeepers who were nice and friendly and helped clean the room and change sheets, etc. The air cooler was great and provided a sanctuary of cold air from the soaring heat outside, good location, restaurants, and shops close by, Dart service just 5 min walk away, Best week of sleep I had here in Dallas!
  : A little fitted fridge would have been nice. A few bums lurking around - who were harmless creatures. Pool not in use, but possibly down to number of clients staying over. (Suggestion) - Musk or sandlewood plug- in airfreshners would be nice to have around reception lobby and rooms - due to the building's maturity, there is a smell of wood rot, which can be mistaken for the smell of cannabis.
