  : Location - close to the airport
  : Dinner - the food served for dinner was overpriced and the quality was like a bad street food quality. It wasn't anything like a restaurant food. The dinner's quality was so poor that I complained about it to the staff. The breakfast buffet was good with many different foods to choose from.

Disappointing

  : Very convenient location. Shuttle bus is quite expensive, though (8 euro each way for a 10 min ride)
  : After checking in, I was informed that there would be no water in the hotel until 5 AM the next morning (I arrived around midnight). This appeared to be a pre-planned water shortage, as I later noticed A4-format posters with this information in the lobby. However, I hadn't seen any such information when booking the hotel just hours earlier. After I left the luggage in my room I went back to the reception - the hotel staff wasn't sure if the toilet flush in my room would work, so they suggested using the toilet located in the corridor by the reception. When I asked for wet wipes or anything similar, I was told that they were available in their 24-hour shop, but I would need to pay for them. As I turned to go back to my room, they called me back and informed me that the barman in the lobby bar had just checked and the water was actually working. I immediately rushed to my room to take a shower - however, I doubt that any other guests, many of whom arrived on the same shuttle bus as me, were informed about this as the lobby was already empty at that time (but this is just my interpretation).
