Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Gardena Terrace Inn in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the credit card used for booking must match the name on the booking and chip enabled.

Please note that a incidental deposit of USD 150.00 must be paid on arrival by credit card or cash. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a room inspection.

Please note the credit card used for booking must be the same card presented for payment at check-in.

Prepaid credit cards and/or gifts cards cannot be accepted as a method of payment.
