  : 90 percent of the time we book here whenever we go to Disneyland and 90 percent of the time, it’s clean, the room aesthetic is nice, the surrounding rooms are quiet. There’s a reason we keep coming back and that is because this place is clean and comfortable and the staff is nice.
  : This is our first time doing the Family suite with the bunk bed. The room even though it was in the north tower does not look like it has been refurbished at all. The ceiling and walls were dingy, the furniture had chips and scratches, the chair upholstery was ripping. Even the the cabinet doors were ajar. When shut. The walls felt thinner that you could hear all the toilet flush in the surrounding rooms. There was an argument both nights we stayed in the hallway, which made it really hard to keep the children asleep.

  : Clean, fantastic facilities with two clean pools and outdoor and indoors sports. Numerous places to eat. Rooms were spacious and well stocked with conveniences. Very close to Disney. Short Uber ride for $10. Don’t bother with the shuttle..

  : Everything was great until I was not told that I was going to pay for my parking and now I’m having to pay $90 dollars that was taken out my account without my permission or knowledge I was told free parking and only had to pay for valet very disappointed
  : Parking hidden fees I was never told I had to pay by booking or at the property I’m very disappointed and would like a refund

  : I liked how the hotel rooms were inside of the hotel. Gave it a Vegas feeling. Loved the restaurants the pool and the rec center. Enjoyed how I can text the front desk for convience.
  : I didn’t like how the family pool didn’t have a hot tub. The hot tub was on the other side of the resort which was considered the adult side. The customer service at the OC brew house. I had called to see if I can place an order rather than to go all the way down to lobby. I had to go in person. My daughter went with my son and they ignored them for 10 mins by the cash register until my son waived a menu in the air. The price online that the front desk gives you a link to was inaccurate. The prices were higher on the menu downstairs. The guy who took their order had a nasty attitude about it and instead of apologizing said if they had an issue take it to the manager. We spent 90$ on our order for rude service. On top of that the kids came all the way back to the 4th floor just to find out we were missing meals. Again no apology just rudeness as they went back down. The guy barked at them then with how long it will take. I should have went down there myself but I couldn’t at that moment.
