  : Some evening entertainment was fun. The beach had clean sand and clear water.
  : The hotel itself was not very pleasant or forthcoming. Extra charge for beach towels. Breakfast was a zoo. Felt like being on a cruise ship with 4000 people and no amenities. The high rise wall of buildings and terrible streetscapes were demorializing. A town and hotel to be avoided.

  : WiFi in 908 on cell phones does not work. Breakfast cold, uncooked and uninviting. Staff need a change in culture, try ye are not friendly or welcoming. I would even let my dogs eat here thats how disgusting the food is!Manager with Black hair smoking directly outside hotel reception entrance is just the type of thing you would expect at a Hostel - very unprofessional Bed looks nice. But the rest of the bedroom is VERY dated and tired looking. Mix of different types and materials and colours of furniture is confusing and makes it hard to relax. Hotel reception looks nice. But on the guest floors the green carpets are crying out to be replaced, they are dirty, stained and worn out. Make sure you wear shoes and not bare footed on these floors! Evening entertainment is strange, you had a old guy as a DJ banging out music REALLY loud whilst elderly guests sit with their hands over their ears, suddenly music is cut off and the poor bar man is serving drinks and running to the other side of the pool to set up for the 3 singers on next they was good to be fair, got everyone singing etc. but they was still singing gone midnight when guests are in their rooms trying to sleep - so again a not to relaxing sleep. Bath plug is held together using a paper clip .. Why dont you just purchase and install a new bath plug? It is just VERY lazy maintenance. Dinner at the Hotel buffet was bland and out of date, terrible food and terrible service. The NICEST things about this hotel are:- The very friendly Pool Bar man young with a beard, super friendly and extremely hardworking. And the other is the Miami Ribs restaurant on the hotel lobby floor. Staff are friendly here, really nice atmosphere, decor is modern and contemporary. Menu is great and prices are good too.
