  : It was a quiet location.
  : There was no 'Lodge'. There wasn't even an office. The room we had was dark and very old. The buildings were all old. The toilet barely flushed. The snacks were very stale. When I went to cancel the second night, I was told that the payment from Booking.com had not gone through and the woman insisted on my credit card to charge for the one night. I complied, but when I later checked my credit card had indeed been billed for the 2 nights through Booking.com. So, I was charged for 3 nights instead of one and have to dispute the extra 2 charges in order to get my money back.

  : The Room I Booked I Thought It Would Be A Lot Bigger and Roomie Than It Actually Was. It Was A Lot Smaller Than I Anticipated.

  : About 8 miles from Mountain Home and very secluded. WE LOVED IT !!! Comfortable bed, spacious and enjoyed the deck just outside the bedroom. Nice digital flat screen TV with numerous channels. There is no wifi in the cabin but that was ok. We used our phones to look things up and all was good. It was the most peaceful place on our week long trip!
  : No wifi but hey, we lived without it. That's the only thing. The rest was all good. I really can't complain about this wonderful, "off the beaten path" piece of heaven in the Ozarks!

  : The interior was attractive enough. And there was a nice view from the back deck.
  : The property itself looked akin to the set of Sanford and Son. Literal JUNK piled EVERYWHERE. That’s only the beginning of the litany of issues with this property. To begin with, I have to say I AM TRULY SYMPATHETIC TO THE LOSS OF THE CURRENT OWNER’S FATHER. It seems the responsibility was passed down to unprepared and incapable hands. From his severe drinking problem to the egregious lack of professionalism, the management of the place is downright tragic. The absolute straw that broke the camel’s back was returning from a day out to a cabin filled with the toxic odor of an electrical fire!! After numerous attempts to contact the owner, we quickly packed our things into our vehicle only to find him in one of the rooms heavily intoxicated and confused as to why we were concerned with the possibility of our things (OR US!) going up in flames!!! I believe this once was a nice establishment, but since the passing of the previous owner, it just won’t ever be again. Save your money. Save your time. Dear Lord, possibly save your life!

  : Shower was ok. Nice Dogwood trees.
  : Outdated. In decline. No soap or shampoo. No chairs inside. No table for eating inside, just stools. Junky entrance to property. Building under repair. No daily service.
