  : In your contract said no charcoal BBQ allowed, but there was a charcoal BBQ behind the building and gas grill out side the building.

  : The pool and the hot tub were very nice. But, the elevator did not workduring our stay...so it was very difficult to go up stairs to get tothe area. We also were not able to enjoy the property facilitiesbecause of Tropical Storm Imelda, and vacasa would not give us any typeof compensation like Airbnb does, in situations like this. Our stay wasnot pleasant.
  : We were extremely upset when our condo was infested with fire ants, andvacasa and the Property Manager would not address the issue in a timelymanner. They were rude and difficult to work with. We needed a fullrefund for our stay....Period. Airbnb is much more accommodating whenthere are natural disasters like Tropical Storm Imelda, coming ashoreonly a couple of miles from where this condo was located. The PropertyManager did not do her job and was extremely rude, as was the actualnight Manager from vacasa. We had over 300-400 ants in our unit, and hadmultiple bites to contend with. Our stay was very disappointing....withVACASA's lack of attention to our situation, both by the severeflooding due to the Storm, and the Fire Ants all over the Condo. It wasa sad and unpleasant situation and stay.

  : Gorgeous resort. Nice, clean, updated condo that was fully stocked. Easy check-in, huge covered porch with ocean view, reserved covered parking, and an elevator. The type of place you hope for when you book online. Highly recommend to everyone

  : After paying $25 each for bracelets the Only amenities open were the pools and we were not informed. Towels were not provided at the pools and not allowed to take alcohol but the bar and grill was also not open. Room only provided one towel per guest for showers

  : Having a full sized living space instead of being stuffed into a "babes beach condo"
  : There's a required $12 per person wristband fee collected by Registration but after that you're on your own. Says it's waterfront but not really. The WHOLE PROPERTY is waterfront yes, but this home is back up by the Beach Club. No breeze and fierce mosquitoes are a disaster. I did not get the code to get in and Registration said they have nothing to do with the rental, had to call the vacasa rep for info. We were counting on eating at the restaurant on site, it looked really good! Nope, closed.
