  : Everything was falling apart and gross. Outside couch/chaise broken, grill rusted and broken, bird poop all over downstairs swing, beach view window was covered by broken hurricane shutters, dishes were not clean in the cupboards/drawers, etc.

  : The bedrooms were cozy and clean the bathrooms were clean the property was very nice we enjoyed it. Access to the beach. Beautiful place!

  : The proximity to beach was great but walkway is not as pictured. We used public access route instead. Space is nice very roomy and deck is great.
  : It is dirty and needs a lot of general maintenance. If you hire the cleaning staff, you might want to inspect this property. Couch pictured on porch is broken and unusable. The walls are dirty, shower curtain moldy and there appears to be mold on pocket doors between dining and a sleeping area. I know this one is pet friendly but rugs are really stained. The return air grate is just awful. Refrigerator/freezer is not working properly and cabinet drawer face is broken (I reported theses on arrival) I have pictures if you want to see more.

  : They charged me $400 for cleaning fee before my arrival. So I expected the house to be clean Upon arrival. It smelled badly. There was old dog poop on the balcony. We had to clean before settling in, luckily we brought cleaning supplies because despite them telling me there would be a small supply, there was none. The freezer was frozen, the fridge was barely cooling. The shutter in the breakfast area was down and stuck we couldn’t enjoy the beach view I paid for, the other shutter in the bedroom was half way stuck. The furniture was old and dirty. The outside furniture was either broken or very old and dirty. There was an old broken rusty trash can in the balcony full of old dirty water, breeding mosquitoes!The carpets were nasty! The overall house was very poorly maintained, the door knobs were rusty and loose and doors could not easily open. There was a water leak in the bottom floor that apparently had been there a while because there was black mold!! The bathroom floor was also moldy. The pictures you see online of this house are probably 10 years old. The house is not maintained well. I paid $2200 for 5 nights. Totally not worth it.So disappointed.
