  : Front office staff was nice when we checked in on Friday afternoon
  : We booked and paid for 3 nights but only stayed 2 nights. My husband was looking forward to our stay. He loves HoJo hotels but was very disappointed, so we ended up leaving a day early. It appeared that they were in the middle of a remodel on the inside, but the outside was very dirty and unkept. The front desk person working when we checked out did not speak good English and did not understand it enough to answer our questions regarding our stay, just referred us to email the manager. Coffee pot provided had a very short cord, so we had to move it to the bedside to use. Because we used booking to book our stay, we were not eligible for a refund for that last day from the hotel.

  : Friendly customer service peeps. Good breakfast offered. Clean, well-appointed room. Safe & Secure!
  : Need to offer something in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. Large screen for sports? Coffee table & chairs? Something to make the lobby attractive and fun. All that space unused looking a bit rundown. Just my thoughts. Thanks.

  : The price was the only good thing
  : The toilet was gross I'm traveling disabled for the 1st time and does nobody give a damn the toilet was too short and dirty not enough grab bars in the shower 1 that was 2 foot off the floor no shelf to set the shampoo on the a.d.a. room was at the other end of the bldg the ice machine and eating area you have to go all the way back to the front then half way back towards the back of the building whose idea was that they should deliver ice and breakfast

  : Super eclectic Gallup-esque property. My imagination was running wild with what the glory days might have looked like in this apparently built for conventions venue.
  : Its a lil funkier in terms of update attempts and/or oversights in room (garish/sloppy lighting and paint… thin walls etc)- but Im honestly not complaining. Felt safe, staff was friendly.
