  : Staff are always friendly and the location is perfect- on the edge of the old town and new town
  : I dont like the fact that they charge you for a single coffee in your room 2.50 each pod when there is a beautiful coffee shop charging 0.80c right opposite. I was two days in before I knew they charged by which time this was an extra 10 to our stay. Its an unnecessary charge and is a bit mean- especially as its not clear until after you have had the coffee and they leave you with a bill.Also, the breakfast is awful. And in Italy, its really difficult to get a bad breakfast. The coffee is undrinkable. There is a very small poor selection of breakfast foods and half were hidden out of sight. The juices are not fresh and are concentrates with water added. The croissants are tiny and stale. Something that is so cheap and easy to get right has been given little attention and as a result, during our three night stay, we took breakfast only once and paid 2.70 for a croissant and coffee in the cafe in front of the hotel.

  : No air conditioning, old fashioned rooms with few electrical sockets, basic breakfast and rubbish coffee machines; the shared beach at another hotel , gym etc. all cost loads extra. Very limited experience and the hotel feels run down
