  : The staff was nice and willing to help out
  : The second bed in the room wasnt suitable for sleeping. As for the lake view, all we got was a view of the parking lot. The windows in the room dont open up, the shower was extremely small and we could here every single sound from the rooms on our floor.Also, there was no place to swim in the lake because there was no access to it and there was a lot of trash in and next to it.

  : Nothing, once we saw the room we decided to leave even though we had prepaid!!
  : The place was like a detention centre, room was stark, unwelcoming, dirty and the facilities are old and in need of refurbishment. We only stayed 5 minutes in the room before we decided to leave even though we knew we would lose our money (although the manager said he would refund us but it didn't happen!!!!!). Do yourself a favour and give this place a miss.

  : Good car park. Beautiful building from outside. Nice location near the lake. Soft towels.
  : There was no sign with the name of the hotel - neither on the building nor on the gate (the gate was opened only when we sent a text message to the hotel employee...). This makes it difficult to find and gives a non-serious impression. The room itself is big and bright, but dirty: when we checked in we found a lot of other people's hair on the floor; on the shower shelf there was a piece of used soap and... chewed gum! Just disgusting! During our stay the room was also poorly cleaned: one day the cleaning consisted in correcting the position of the blanket on the bed (dirt on the floor remained!); on another day nobody came to the room with cleaning at all! No soundproofing in the room: neighbours from above and from the side were very loud und disturbed us immensely from sleeping. The room is not well-maintained, everything is worn-out - it feels like the interior is composed from old things from the flea market. The bed is very creaky. The fridge in the room produced more noise than cold. There was a box near the fridge labelled "infusione", but there were no tea or coffee just 2 lonely packets of sugar...

  : The front lake view is amazing, for walks or to rest. Close to shops and restaurants. The site is being refurbished but everything went well and we were not disturbed. It was a very pleasant stay.
