: Although located in a stodgy and a dated building, the apartment was renovated and clean. Kitchen, TV and other basic things worked fine. Cafe nearby offered good drinks.
: Location & surrounding. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator in the building.

: The price for the apartment is great. The location is not too bad but doesnt have a lot to offer immediately outside apartment.
: I did not like the parking, very crammed for a SUV. I didnt like how hot it was in the Apartment. It is located on the 3rd floor and heat rises so its really hot for one fan in the living room. You also dont get much of a breeze with the windows open. Also it is very load with all the crappy scooters riding around at night with the windows open because the apartment is really close to a main road. I didnt like that the picture showed pasta and wine when the apartment is empty when you get there . That wine and pasta would have made a huge difference on my expectations and experience that I had there. Ps fix the mold in the bathroom!! Thats a health concern to have guess coming into that apartment and they have to breath in that mold when they go to the bathroom .

: I visited Lake Como with my family this summer and we were looking for a nice place to stay for two nights, so we chose this flat by the good reviews and nice photos that were in the description. Beside the fact that the flat wasn't how we expected, the host was really friendly and helpful. It was very easy to get in touch with him and he was opened to our requests( it was very hot, no AC at the property, but he brought us some fans).
: Unfortunately nothing with the flat was as expected. When we arrived we were shocked by the location, but this wasn't the only problem, as the condition of the building was terrifying. An old, dirty building that you don't expect to find when you pay a significant amount of money for your stay. Even if the flat looks like it was renovated few years ago, the cleanliness was very bad( the kitchen and the bathroom were filthy and the smell was unbearable).
