  : Huge rooms with more than enough space for 3 and a great location.Very quiet and comfy beds with the best bathroom I have ever seen in a greek apartment
  : Unfortunately the pool was closed, but we were advised of this before our stay.

  : Although pool use was not on the facilities' list, as checked later, the fact that they had photos of the pool on their listing, was giving the impression that you could use it. Very hot room, weak water pressure, slow internet.

  : -The pool was out of order and customers were never informed . A bid disappointment! We didnt have running water one morning for several hours. We didnt get a notice beforehand. - No reception area which caused much confusion when we arrived.-You could hear everything happening next door. Very thin walls. -Perfect hotel for family with young kids. If you are not traveling with young kids however and want peace and quiet, it may not be the best place for you.

  : The flat was near the beaches. Nice location at Askeli. A bakery and supermarket are very close to the flat approximately 1-2 min on foot
  : Water pressure was very low and we couldn t have a bath at high peak periods during the day around 17.00-19.00.Electical power lost twice.

  : Old building renovated more recently as mentioned in the website. Apartment arrangment was good and 35 m2 were adequate for a family of 4. Plus the space in the garden. Entrance was into the living room where there is a table with 4 chairs, a closet, a small vanity table and the sofa which turns into two single beds. In the hallway are the bathroom and kitchen (incl all necessary utensils). Last is the bedroom with a double bed, closet, vanity table and the door to the veranda. Location-wise it is very close to Askeli beach but in a quiet area so it was not noisy in the evening. There is a super market and a very nice bakery close by for breakfast & coffee. Closest beach apart from Askeli was "Monastiri" which we believe is the best on the island. Amentities were complete (shampoo, towels, slippers, hair dryer etc) and room service was extra helpful in meeting our requirements every day. Air conditioners were japanese brand and very efficient. Not some cheap chinese one. Seems the owner invests in good equipment which is a plus since we were caught in an intense heat wave (end July 2023).
  : I would say the photos on Booking.com looked much better than the actual apartment. The joints in the bathroom tiles and around the sink could be cleaned more often. Black marks do not look good(!) The shower is also partially exposed to the rest of the bathroom so water would splash around. Had to ask for a mop to clean after each use. Parking space is limited (4 cars I believe). Most of the times we would park on the seaside and walk (no big deal). Person in charge was reachable by phone but it would be better to have a face-to-face contact. I like getting advice and tips from locals when travelling. It seems they were in the vicinity but there is no reception.
