  : The set up of the family room.
  : The double bed is terrible, it was so uncomfortable that my partner had to sleep on one of the single beds & I had to sleep on the couch.When I booked the accommodation, booking.com said check out was at 10.30am, we found out at 9,50am that check out time was 10am.We also missed out on breakfast as there was no time stipulation on booking.com, the cut off time at the hotel was 9.30am, thus we missed breakfast we paid for.There was a shower in the ensuite toilet, but there was no hot water from the shower, we tried numerous times to get a hot shower for over an hour & a half, we did have hot water from the sink.Finally, booking.com needs to update the timings for the facilities at the hotel, also, it would be more helpful if the hotel had better notification of the hotel check out time & breakfast times.

  : Basic but clean accommodation, the staff make the place.
  : Breakfast is a bit disorganised, but we were not disappointed with the cooked items.The property needs some money spent on furnishings and decor.
