  : Location was perfect to walk to the front in Giaos. Lots of taverns, restaurants and super market was right next door with another just down the road. Host was friendly!
  : Property quite dark inside. The air-con was noisy at night when trying to sleep. The balcony had a parasail covering which couldnt be retracted (very rusted).

  : central location , only a 150 yards from the Gaios main bus stop and taxi point ( just up the road with the BP garage on it).Lovely double bed and second bedroom with two singles. Only recently refurbished . Excellent mosquito netting on all windows and on double doors to balcony from main bedroom .
  : The property does not have a sea view but it is within 3-4 minutes walk of the waterfront.

  : Ioanna was the perfect host and the apartment was nice and cleaned every day before we returned from the beach. We really enjoyed our time in Gaios!

  : Comfortable apartment, just 5 minutes walk from the central square with all the restaurants/cafes by the sea. There's free, open air parking across the street. Rooms are air-conditioned and spacious.
  : We had two small issues: licking water from the shower and dirt in the hot water. All reported and we were reassured that they will be fixed soon.

  : The location.
  : The owner is a rather annoying woman who explains from the beginning how to turn on the fuse to use the water heater, which has a very small capacity. The kitchen smells musty and there are large cockroaches crawling everywhere. When I asked her if this is normal - she told me that it is normal to have ants and cockroaches. They change the towels every 3 days and they say that in Greece it is accepted to change them every 5 days. I have informed booking about all this and have messages sent by the owner. He also asked us for an additional 80 euros because we broke something, which later turned out not to be the case. Then she asked us to pay her 95 euros for having a 1.6 year old baby. A very stressful and unpleasant woman.
