  : Indeed this was the worst room I ever paid for. Positive was only that the linen and the towels were clean. Toilette, bathtub and sink acceptable. Floor kind of OK. All the rest was really dirty, I wouldn't want to touch the TV screen at. The furniture was damaged (armchair, remote controle ect) The safe wasn't working and at the tap water was rinsing significantly if used.I asked the team to fix at least the safe and the tap. But nothing happened other then that I found my room door open lights switched on but nobody was in there when I returned the first evening. I complained immediately to the security guy. But nobody returned. Two nights later the maintenance guy true to enter my room without even knocking at around 11pm. I was already in bed at this time.And for all this I paid $100 per night.The staff was friendly but inactive.

  : I never saw the property because they cancelled my reservation that I had for 5 months the week before my arrival.
  : I didn't like them cancelling my stay with nearly no warning. When I called to find out what happened they were like "were renovating, its going to be so nice" dog i dont care how nice it will be cause im not going to be there, also did we just decide to renovate at 4am? because thats when you told me.

  : Lack of direction due to remodeling - no signs clearly pointing to check in as the original check in / lobby is under construction. The beds were incredibly hard and the room was overpriced.
