  : The room was cold
  : where to start. This was not an INN & SUITES it was a motel with weekly rates that people were living in and that was clear and obvious by how many people were just hanging around outside the property in the middle of the night. The mini fridge, and microwave did not work in my room. two of the three lamps in the room did not work. I had to hold the shower handle in place in order for it to work each time. Second night, my room keys did not work on any door and it took close to 20-30 minutes for the night staff to come to the front desk even though they were back there. You were not permitted to take your breakfast with you, and there was not a single beverage offered at breakfast. This was absolutely a falsely advertised "inn & suites".

  : The location and staff were freiendly.
  : The room and the hallways reek of smoke smell. We had requested no smoking room. The bath room was not cleaned. shower tub had black mold. The staff were also nice enough to accommodate 30mins late checkout.Elevator took forever to get to 3rd floor.
