  : Bed and pillows were comfortable, so I ?guess? it balanced out the other....???
  : After booking AND PAYING online, I had to ALSO put a $100 security deposit on a credit card at the hotel as a new transaction.No hot water in the sink.Couldn't see out the room window because of milky condensation.3rd floor (331) could hear road traffic clearly.Heat/AC unit was unusually loud.No coffee at breakfast.No juices at breakfast.TV remote didn't work.

  : I didn't like anything. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
  : The customer service was very unprofessional and unacceptable. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She said that we did not have a reservation and that she couldn't check us in. I had already paid online, and I had a confirmation and pin number. She was very rude. The police were called, and he didn't understand either because we had confirmation and pin and an email welcoming us. She was wasting the officers' time and taxpayer's dollars. Someone could have been in real trouble and needed the police for real, and the front desk lady was being very unpolite. If you don't have people skills, this is not the profession you should be in.There were plumbing issues. When I asked for another queen room, she didn't have anymore, which was not true. I then asked to just use a vacant room so that I could shower, and she flat out said no! I asked her if it was because of her behavior from earlier. She said no.

  : Ramon was trying to make things right but he was limited in his service. We only saw Ramon on the day of check in so we did not have a chance to let him know we appreciated his help.
  : Had to be switched from one room because the first room refrigerator freezer section was iced over. We was instructed how to defrost the freezer and then to call to have someone mop up the water. I don't think so. Also, there were not enough electrical outlets in the room. The hotel is badly in need of renovations. The doors (room and bathroom) appeared as through someone kicked the doors in. Badly chipped. The peephole was so high, neither of us could look through it even if we wanted to. The cable cord for the TV was broken and we were asked if we and any "tape" to hold it together! Seriously! we requested another TV but none came during our stay. The TV sound quality was glitchy due to the cable being loose our entire stay. Breakfast was extremely lacking! There were no lids for the coffee cups. Then when we went to get coffee the container was empty. Due to everything needing "charging" we were limited in the amount of outlets in the room. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom and hope no one called during the night. We had to switch between having the light, coffee maker or microwave plugged in.

  : Good location, close to downtown Gainsville. We visited friends, so we were only there to sleep. The bathroom is good size, but needs some repairs.
  : The entire hallway smelled like marijuana, cigarette and cigar smoke, even though it is supposed to be a smoke free facility. There were security concerns, as one of the exterior doors would not close and lock, and the door on our room was missing the plate on the door jamb where the door latch slides into, it was just a big square hole for the door knob latch and dead bolt. The tub needs repairs. The mattresses did not have protective covers on them to help with sanitation and repelling insects. One of the main elevators was broken, and the one that did work smelled awful and had graffiti carved into the doors and walls. The breakfast was not good at all. There was not enough food and no one was there to attend to the area at all while we were there at least. It was dirty, the orange juice was brown - I've never seen brown orange juice before.

  : I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t get bath towels when we needed them. The front desk said they were out and that if I brought my used towels down she could go to the laundry and get me some, which was insane. I brought the old towels and still wasn’t able to get clean towels. I asked several housekeepers who said they didn’t have any extra to give me.
