  : Beach service is perfect, plus authentic Italian food even under your umbrella. Staff is super friendly and ready to help. Kids loved it. Pick a room with sea views, totally worth it since they sit right by the golden sandy beach. They provide hand sanitizers throughout the property and are following social distancing rules. Restaurant is perfect for the first night if you dont feel like going to the city center. Great kids menu, and even here staff goes beyond great.
  : Free parking is really great, but if you have a big car, park in the upper level (no elevators there). Room housekeeping can be improved, some areas were still dirt from previous guests.

  : amazing location and the breakfast was great. the bathroom showers have recently been upgraded and the beds were comfortable. the reception staff was great and very helpful. beach was great and the lounge chairs are new.

  : Some update in the bathroom... Many children playing in the garden under the bedrooms windows, and adults having lively conversations untils after midnight...

  : The Menu was a little different to navigate online - but when we asked for meals which were not on the menu the staff were able to assist which was amazing! We loved the location, the room and the staff we will be back!
  : The menu would have been clearer if a paper version was available. Also to improve on the wonderful experience- perhaps an option to have lunch on the beach would be nice along with a drinks menu? Just a suggestion.

  : Most of all, the staff - the ladies on Reception (Francesca especially) were delightful and so helpful when we decided to stay on for an extra night. The restaurant staff achieved the perfect balance between being friendly and yet professional. The beach is fantastic, the food is great, my room had a balcony with sea view - couldn't have asked for more really. The location between Gaeta and Sperlonga is perfect for visiting either town. The lifts all over the hotel made getting around so easy.
  : The wi-fi was patchy and kept dropping off. Not a big deal but slightly frustrating. I would also have preferred a proper hotel brochure and proper menus to read as opposed to the endless scanning of QR codes. There was no bath towel in my bathroom, a small detail but a bit annoying when I had to get dried with a hand towel! The paintwork in the bedroom was a bit tired and looked like it could have done with a deep clean or better still, a fresh coat of paint.

  : Amazing location, beautiful beach with clean white sand which was meticulously cleaned during the day and evening by Paolo - the ONLY person in the whole hotel who did a diligent job. Clear water and shallow shoreline which is great for those who can't swim. The room was modern and clean. Everything else isn't even worth mentioning. But if you are curious, read below.
  : The staff were the worst I even seen and I've seen many, trust me. All of them - from the staff working at the reception to the waiters at the restaurant - had a very clear preferential attitude towards Italians. At the restaurant, we would sit and wait to be served a glass of wine for 20 minutes while the food on the plate was rapidly cooling off under the September's sea breeze. They seemed to pay attention exclusively to Italian guests who were showered with loud greetings, bright smiles and prompt service. Additionally, in the morning at the Caf, we couldnt come to the breakfast buffet bar and choose ourselves the food. We were not even allowed to get behind the breakfast bar. We stood behind of a hand rail and had to ask a member of staff to place on our plates this and that. That wasn't comfortable: the last thing I want is someone to watch how much food I take. Besides, if I'm paying for a breakfast buffet, I want to come to the breakfast bar and put on my plate as much or as little as I want without any restrictions. But the restrictions were applied on everything, even the fruits: we were given one fruit per person. As a resume I can say one thing: Italian hotel service never fails to disappoint. In my humble opinion, they always get their priorities wrong.
