  : The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice terrace for our rooms.The location of the hotel was close to the city center and you can walk everywhere.
  : - The wi fi signal was weak, we had to stay outside the room to access wi fi. - beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows as well. I had back and neck pains everyday. - our rooms were oriented to the main street and we couldn't sleep well because of the noise made by cars and people passing in front of the hotel- room and bathroom was very dirty (dust on the furniture, hair in the shower and on the floor etc). We asked for the cleaning lady to clean the room and bathroom again, the staff was very kind (10/10 for customer service), but under expectations for cleaning. We expect to came to take out the trash and change the towels at least 1 or 2 times for the period that we stayed (7 nights), but it didn't happen. At the final of the vacation the trash was fully filled.- from time to time other peoples came in the small area in front of our rooms that had a few tables to smoke cigarettes and all the smoke came in our rooms.- even though it says that it has a private beach, which is correct, nowhere on the reservation or description said that we need to buy drinks/food for a minimum amount (100-150 turkis lira person) to be able to stay
