  : Great pool, staff very helpful. Good size room. Excellent balcony.Walking distance to restaurants and beach. A 15 min taxi ride to Bodrum old town. But loved this location. Markets and shopping walking distance.

  : Good things - very quiete place. And during the heat of the day it stays cool because it is on a hill and gets very very pleasant breeze. My most favorite part of the stay was the garden. It looks so beautiful and smells amazing. It gives a feeling of a heavenly oasis. So good you dont want to leave and just chill there all day. I can highly recommend this place if you have a car/rent a car for your stay. I was limited to walking and taxi and I think it has limited my ability to find good restaurants to minimize the impact of high prices at the hotel restaurant. And inability to reach a good beach.
  : If you set expectations right, this is a very very good hotel, even excellent. What I got wrong - when I was booking this hotel, there was a description of a private beach and a free shuttle that takes you there. When I arrived, I was told this is no longer the case - no shuttle, and private beach is 5km away, shared with others, and one needs to order food/drinks to use it. Not a big problem, but definitely something I wish I knew before booking. Second thing is prices in their restaurant. When booking this hotel, description here on booking said that one can have a lunch around $10, and dinner around $15 pp. During my stay I found that a salad and pasta costs about $40pp. Maybe it is the high season, maybe it is inflation, but again, something that negatively surprised me. Last negative thing - the pool closes at 7pm. If you happen to forget your private towel at a lounge chair, they will toss it together with hotel towels and good luck fishing it out. I wish that the cleaning people would have the decency of leaving clearly private towels on railings or something.

  : Very spacious rooms, cosy green territory, nice pool, 7 min walk to the promenade with cafes and beach facilities

  : Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Location extremly good: near sea, bus stop and mostly very quiet. They gave each day one bottle of water per person plus were supportive with any inquiery.All facilities were there.
  : Breackfast was same almost each day, and for long stay is a bit disturbing. Also at breackfast were some things served even you ate or not; as butter and cheese. If service style is buffet than all should be in this way. To much waste because of this, and would be way eassier with some small frigo devices which can keep the senzitive food in cold.

  : The property is well maintained. There are a lot of cats around but they are very well cared for and friendly.
  : Towards the end of our trip the service at breakfast became progressively worse. We had to ask for our bread to go with breakfast after waiting a long while for it to come out and twice our drinks ordered with our breakfast were forgotten and never arrived.

  : Perfect accommodation for families with kids because of kitchen facilities. Breakfast was good and our room was always clean. Staff was very nice and helped us with small requirements in the room.
  : The bitez beach was not good compared other beaches in bodrum. Hotel was providing shuttle for beaches in previous year but it was not the case for this year so we had to take taxi for better beaches in ortakent/yahsi.

  : The whole place is stunning; really well designed, the photos don't do it justice. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. There's a wide selection of food and drink at the pool side restuarant.There's really chilled music played at a low volume throughout the day, which makes for a really nice vibe.It's a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Tike restaurant is great.
  : The apartment was poorly equipped for self catering. Whilst a pack was delivered on request, it wasn't enough. There was no tea towel, no small bowls, no bottle opener. Only 2 small glasses. No plug in the sink, although there was a dishwasher (but no tabs). It felt like we weren't at all encouraged to make our own food. Although there were lots of beach front restaurants, it felt a bit run down. There were lots of cats at the property. They were friendly and well cared for, but if you have a phobia of cats, don't go.
