  : It needs updating, the room was not clean . Towels and wash cloths were stained and not clean looking. Under furniture dirty with food and paper wrappers. Commode doesn’t flush properly, bathroom needs cleaning badly! Furniture is uncomfortable and old. Should have standard cable, if you want to watch TV you had to use your own account or no tv. Online pics of property are misleading and do not give an accurate depiction of property.Made reservations months out and paid for on my credit card, I discussed with owner of condition of property prior to making reservations. Property owner called two days before our trip and said they had overbooked through third party reservations and did not have my reservation. I had evidence of giving her the property owner my credit card information which she did have. Was told that we would be put in updated room with single bedroom, got there and our prearranged room was given to other guest. I must have had only room not updated.People stay up late drinking and socializing outside, the outdoor furniture in front of our room was drug off and moved around 2:00am one night and woke us.I know the on site property manager heard the commotion and never made any attempt to keep people quite. Trash cans outside full of beer bottles and trash. Flies were everywhere from trash and property not well kept. Beware of poor conditions and do not expect much.
