  : The valet over charged me and they haven’t refunded me. They use a text message system where you pay before picking up your car and it had some sort of glitch where I had to pay 4x instead of 2x, you should only have to pay once a day

  : The location doesn't have a pool in order to swim you have to go next door; which was not announced online. Upon the arrival the front desk has to manually make the room access cards which is crazy b/c it should be processed through the computer system. The room we had was not cleaned. Referring to the floor not being swept and vacuumed. Garage self parking is $22 but you have to walk pretty far out to park & if it's raining you're rained on but valet is $25 which doesn't make any sense.

  : We didnt realize when we booked that they charged $22 a day for parking. The front desk went above and beyond and did not charge us for the entirety of our stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
  : I booked 2 rooms and both showers could really use an update based on the grout work, shower handles etc.
