  : Location, Location, Location!! Loved the feeling of being ON the water! Great shell hunting with my granddaughters! Loved the deck and so did the girls and the dogs. The household supplies were quite nice, esp since we forgot a few items. The bath towels and the bedding was very nice. We had a wonderful time and even tho I listed a lot of things below the good still out weighed the bad. We would definitely return to this property and hope to soon.
  : There is a great need for TLC thruout the house and deck. The deck roof is coming apart and is leaking a lot. There are piles of dead ants under the bunk beds. Some of the mattresses are lumpy, tiles in kit are loose, screens on windows would be nice. Some blinds don’t work. Some doors stick, don’t close or don’t stay closed. Updated WIFI and technology. Pots and pans (Teflon) were peeling and rusted. Cookie sheet needs replacing.
