  : This is a lovely little hotel with a great decoration. Twisty corridors and staircases, amazing coffee room / lounge, fantastic LP collection (that the guests can play, if they're very careful), soooo many details that catch the eye everywhere! My room was quiet, and the bathroom huge. Great choice at the breakfast buffet. Free parking for guests (remember to register your car at the reception). The location is pretty good, between the small harbour and the pedestrian area of the city. It was a bit dead in the evening when I was there, but there were still multiple dinner options within a few blocks.
  : The parking next to the hotel is really tight. My bathroom window was opposite a windowless wall, and couldn't be looked into. So they didn't provide any frosting or blind of any sort; the windows was just plain, clear glass. And let me tell you, despite knowing that *nobody* could look at me in there, it was rather unsettling! Not a problem if you like to poop with friends, though.

  : Nice location, very short distance to city centre. Very cozy room for a family. Quite rich breakfast. Free coffee, tea 24/7 was a really positively surprise. A "game room" equipped with a gramophone and a lot of old school vinyls - it was a nice retrospection for me.

Disappointing

  : rude staff, small room, no wardrobes, very limited space, just foam on the bed (worst bed ever). They charged us 150DKK for staying two additional hours the last day (we agreed to stay 2 more hours on our last day with the owner of the hotel evening before, she never mentioned that we had to pay anything for that). After unwillingly paying the bill at the reception, the owner of the hotel approached us and said ok we'll give you the money back - which meant ok if you insist. Nevertheless, the damage was done. We were staying at the ho(s)tel for a week and they wanted to charge us for two more hours staying in the room. And that wasn't all, they even sent their cleaning lady to knock on our room door at exactly 12.00 to remind us to leave the room although she didn't have the intention to clean our room because she was cleaning the opposite room at the time. Disgrase.
