  : Room is quite small and you could hear the noise really well from other rooms and from the street especially on Saturday evening.

  : Lovely rooms, very clean. Great restaurant below the rooms, but not noisy on the days I stayed. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again. Access to the guest rooms is down a side road and looks a little dubious from outside, but you'll be pleasantly surprised once you are inside!

  : The staff were exceptional.The room was comfortable and kept spotlessly clean.The location is excellent in the centre of Frascati.
  : The coffee machine was out of order for 4 of the 5 days we were staying in the hotel. The breakfast consisted of a prepacked croissant

  : The location was fantastic - central, as we were only there for one night it was just what we wanted. The room was comfortable and clean - no issues at all. A coffee machine was provided along with snacks and even a tray of liqueurs (all in the common entrance). I couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine and gave up! We also had a car parking space provided which was much appreciated.
  : In terms of value for money, it was excellent - we liked the location, the guy meeting us was friendly and helpful - all good!

  : The host Giampaolo was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating and the on site restaurant was excellent, offering freshly prepared regional dishes and a great selection of local wines.
  : Though advertised as a bed and breakfast property, in reality there was no breakfast, there was a communal coffee machine in the corridor but only decaffeinated and oat based coffee pods available while we were there and a few mass produced pre-packaged biscuits and pastries does not constitute a breakfast.
