  : Cost, convenience to the trade shows. Working microwave and frig. Frig did freeze up food and drink, but that actually was good for when I hit the road. Bed was okay and sheets were clean as were pillow cases. Appreciated the convenience of the key drop as I left to hit the road very early. I never used the tv, but it looked like there were a number of channels available if one wanted to watch it.
  : Mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. Spraying with bleach would have fixed that. The warm (sometimes hot) water cutting off in the middle of a short shower. Only one plug for charging devices. Would recommend bringing a extension cord. Would have been nice to have wifi. Noisy A/C that shuddered. OTOH, A/C was better than hearing neighbors.

  : I registered online for a smoking room which cost more and when I got there they charged me less and there was and I didn't have a smoking room then they come back and ask for more money they need to update their site and they don't need to treat people like they did

  : The room was well equipped with the basics: comfortable bed, small fridge, TV, microwave, I had a parking space right outside my door. The price was good. The room was clean. The place is old but appears to be well maintained. Everything worked (A/C, plumbing, lighting) except as noted below. The two chairs in the room were comfortable.
  : The lighting was sub-standard. The overhead light glared off the TV screen, but if you turned off the ceiling light there was no light at all except for bathroom lighting (if the bathroom door was left open). The lamp between the beds either did not work or I couldn't find the switch. The TV remote battery cover kept falling off although someone had attempted to secure it with Scotch tape. There was an old rotting vinyl chair on the patio that should be hauled away to the landfill. The flooring was spongy in a few places, especially between the bathroom and bedroom (possible indication of rot underneath the flooring?) although I was not inconvenienced in any way by that.
