  : Mould all around window sill. Breakfast not included despite being advertised as such due to restuarant being closed. Beds extremely uncomfortable and hotel in general extremely dated. Not as advertised by booking.com when deemed 4 star hotel.

  : The hotel was in a very poor state. It has clearly not been updated since the 80s.For over £100 per night, it was simply not worth it. Sorry for the negative review as I always look for the positives.

  : We paid for a queen bed room, non smoking with a safe, when we arrived we were given a room with a tiny small double bed, smoking and it smelt foul of smoke and no safe. When I went to reception they told me there were no other rooms available when I said I wanted a refund because they had put us in the wrong room they magically found a room and said it would be a free ‘upgrade’. This was not an upgrade it was simply the room we had already booked. The room was outdated, walls had paint coming off them and there was a used dildo under the bed which almost made me sick and shows the cleaning is not thorough or this would have been found and discarded. Would never stay again or recommended to anyone and would actively discourage anyone who is thinking of staying. Clearly they company is greedy and trying to downgrade customers in the hope the more expensive rooms can be booked last minute at a higher price.
