  : The hostel was located directly in front of a tram stop, near some restaurants and supermarkets. Room was clean. Hostel staff were there on hand. Wheel chair accessible.
  : The shared kitchen was disgusting. This is no complaint on the staff but rather how other occupants treated the space. STAY AWAY from the fridge, it hasn't been cleaned in what appears to be years! Our room also had broken shower doors, which meant the bathroom was constantly soaking. Along with our blinds being broken and just poor quality to block out light. There was no air conditioning or small fan, which sucked in the hot evenings. Our room faced out onto a noisy backstreet, I normally forgive when a hostel provides ear plugs, but they didn't. Given how much I paid per night I was genuinely unimpressed. I've paid for plenty of cheaper hostels and had better experiences.

  : I was quite aware of what I was booking. I chose the place due to the proximity to the Messe Frankfurt and, given the week (it's the week of the tradeshow ACHEMA), all other hotels were at over 400 euro for one night. Check in was simple as well as check out and the receptionist was quite polite.There's a nice bakery close by.
  : It's a hostel, so my expectation weren't high. However, the shower cabin had a leak, it was very difficult to obtain a shower water temperature other than boiling hot or freezing cold, the sheets and towels were dark blue (it's always suspicious when the sheets and towels are dark, they can hide things) and we were bitten by BEDBUGS! my colleague had red insect bites the day after we left and I had them 6 days after... red, itchy bedbug bites......

  : The beds are very bad. Moreover, it is impossible to sleep on the pillow. The duvet cover and pillow they give are terrible.
