  : Staff were exceptionally nice, especially the Turkish lady in the morning shift, she was charming, caring and keen to please. She made us feel welcome.
  : Breakfast was rather basic and poor compared to other NH Hotels. I stay at NH Airport a few days ago and breakfast was much better.Airconditioner was dripping water and I got my clothes wet.

  : I didn't like the idea of me shouting my personal information from my credit card outside of the hotel door through the intercom system while other people were next to me. I asked politely the receptionist if I can come in so I can pay via credit card without the other people hearing my personal information , but she declined saying its not possible due to policy. And my question to you is , what kind of policy lets an individual to expose and share personal information with the public ?

  : Location is good and relaxed, easy to reach with Tram 16 and 17 from the main train station. The rooms are good size and clean.
  : We´ve stayed very often in this hotel the last four years because of work, we had nice stays. However last some weeks this hotel quality is getting lower. We never had to pay in advance at check-in. Even 3 weeks ago my german husband paid at the checkout (like 100 times already before). Last week I checked in and I was asked to pay immediately, in advance for the next 7 days stay (I have non-German, EU passport, he has a German one, but I don´t think this was the issue). Reception is not 24/7 so if your roomcard has a technical issue (or a mistake from the hotel reception), you cannot really get into your room for the night.

  : It is a small hotel, near the Frankfurt Exhibition Centre, good and safe parking fascilities. It is close to our place, so ideal when we have quests or family coming ower. The hotel has air-conditioning, separate split-units in every room (the rooms that we know) not a central one, which is important for us. It is also very relaxed in small street, only few meters from a Tram Station 16 and 17, the Central Train Station is only 4 Stations from there (ca. 6 Minutes). The Shopping mall is 2 Train Stations or 10 Minutes on foot away (well, if I walk then 15...), the Exhibition Center in 8 Minutes on foot. There is a top italian restaurant called Topo Giggio, ca. 2 Streets, 200 meters away. This hotel has a very attractive pricing at the moment, so it is worth it!
  : They had overbooking, did not find out booking at the reception desk and wanted to reject our stay!!! They said even if booking.com will confirm the booking for them, they have no free rooms. After some hours back and forth, they managed to find us a room (a really old, unrenovated one - but it was ok, the TV channels were not working, but they managed to fix it). If you call them some days before your stay to verify your booking, you will not have this problem.They dont offer buffet table anymore due to corona, which is fine, but the breakfast is now very simple e.g. the fruit salad = only watermelon, they cannot accomodate requests e.g. if you ask for no cheese you still get it. We used this hotel very often in the last 5 years and the breakfast was generally fine, so I think it is only because of the chaos of corona.

  : Quiet hotel, nicely located, no-thrills.
  : Our room key didn't work when we came back from dinner and the reception was closed. We called the number provided, and were told someone would come immediately. Half an hour later we called again, and no one knew about our problem. Another half hour and four calls later someone finally came and opened the door. We did get profuse apologies, but still.
