  : Very central location, so easy to explore the old part of Frankfurt from here! Breakfast was OK, we could fill in a form a day before with some standard things to eat, so considering Corona restrictions, it was handled well.
  : It was a bit dirty in the room, and my girlfriend said the hairdryer was really dirty. Breakfast was a bit too crowded.

  : The price of accommodation is very low, but generally corresponds to comfort level. The hotel is very conveniently located, all the key sites of the Central part of the city are very close. The hotel will fit requirements of those who are looking for a budget option and do not spend much time in the hotel.

  : Top location. Few steps from S bahn with direct connection to the Main railway station and the airport. Few steps also to Zeil and other atractions.Room is large, bed comfortable. Adjustable heating is the advantage. View on Hauptwache. Wifi excellent. Good breakfast. Extremely kind and helpful staff. And what is very rare to find in hotels today, cosy smoking area in the lobby. Made me happy.
  : In general, the whole interior looks a little worn out, but still functional and clean. The entrance should be better.

  : The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Nothing else would make your stay there comfortable and pleasant. !!!! Please read "didn't like" section for more info before you make a reservation!! !!!! (there is no enough space to write the whole experience with the hotel, but I hope situation I mentioned would prevent you from staying at this hotel!
  : Upon arrival receptionist told us that our reservation is canceled by Booking.com, which is a nonsense since Booking would not cancel your reservation without your approval our at least acknowledge ( we didn't receive any of it).I answered that it is impossible and the receptionist need to contact Booking. Receptionist lady kept saying that she won't call and our reservation is canceled because they have incorrect price on the confirmation. When I said I will contact Booking from my side, the hotel manager Hasan (as he introduced himself) said that we don't need to contact anyone and he will give us a room for that price, citing : " Listen, we are in COVID situation and we made a mistake, but people like you will take an advantage of it. If I were you I would pay, but you would not understand" ( I should mention that both lady and man talked to us in very aggressive way ). After this conversation of course we paid a price that we booked and gave tips for their "excellent service" . But I wish we canceled reservation and never stayed there. We got a different room from what we booked (we had a reservation for quadruple room and they gave us a double room), but we didn't want to complain again. We went for a walk and when we came back we noticed that elevator doesn't work. Thanks to the guy who was coming outside from the emergency exit and he let us in. When we get to our room (which was on the 5th floor and we were with a stroller, by the way) we noticed that a book was placed between elevator's door in order for it to be stopped.( when we were standing outside and trying to get inside we ring a dozen times the door bell and called the hotel's phone number and no one answered!)Unfortunately, this is not the end of our story.The room they gave us was extremely cold! I had to turn on the heater by myself and it still was cold in the room.
