  : The hotel is located right on the beach and this seems to be the only strong side of it
  : I am visiting various placed on Crete regularly for more than a decade and I can say this hotel is certainly overpriced for the services it offers. My family was staying for 10 days or so and their room was not cleant even once during their stay. Isn't this rudiculous for a price of almost EUR 200 a month?! They were shy to ask the reception for the room service so it never came. The pool is tiny, the bar at the pool has no barman and it closes early. There is no shade around the pool at all. Basically there is no food during the day on the premises although it was advertised as available. Moreover my son got allergic to blankets they have as they offer something very old. Honestly I can name another 5 places on Crete immediately where you get way better service for half the price or less - and I'm sure there are many more. Overall we were extremely disappointed and won't stay there again.

  : Poor breakfast, shabby furniture and bathroom. Smelly, dark room. No free safe box. Soap, shower gel, shampoo only on the first day. Air conditioner our of order. We had to wait for 3 days to get another, air-conditioned room. Too many problems for that price.

  : The hotel has been a very cool place some 30 years ago. Nothing much has been invested since that time- same furniture, equipment and style. It's really a pity that You cannot get even a cup of cappuccino in a kind of 4 star hotel.

  : This was an idyllic holiday mainly because of COVID 19. We were the only ones at the hotel - it was like having a private villa. The hotel was spotless and the owner/manager very friendly. We were not pre-informed there would be no breakfast or restaurant or poolside bar, so some may be disappointed by this - but for me it was all a bonus. It was a shame the table tennis and pool room was closed, although they did show me round and said they would open for us at the end of the holiday. I imagine in normal circumstances this would be a lively base for a holiday for families. I loved the sunset and sunrise. The beach was great, directly in front of the hotel. The 'kitchen facilities' were sparse, but adequate to prepare breakfast (would have benefitted from a toaster). Supermarket and bars/restaurants all 2 mins away. Our beds were really comfy (although my partners room was not so fortunate and his were very hard). No complaints. A lovely peaceful holiday - and the hotel did its best in difficult and unprecedented circumstances.
  : As there were no staff on and only the hotel manager for a couple of hours each day, they should have displayed a contact number for emergencies on the reception door. (We did get locked out for a few hours and it was difficult tracking someone down). Also would have been nice to know in advance that none of the advertised facilities (breakfast /pool bar/restaurant. table tennis etc) were available.
