  : The staff at the restaurant was very kind and attentive.
  : The woman who checked us in was not friendly. I also tried checking out with her and she was rude again when I asked for a recipt she told me her computer was froze but then continues to work on what she was doing before she started helping me. I had to wait for another woman to help me get what I needed. The room I paid for was non-smoking. This is very important to me as I had children and the smell of cigarette smoke gives me migraines. The room reaked of cigarette smoke. There was also a creepy door/vent in the shower that just felt odd. I had to take a good luck into the creepy hole to make sure no one was able to see us shower.

  : The hotel was a bit outdated and the room was kind of small. The staff didn’t answer the phone so had to walk to the front desk to get assistance.

  : Every morning, lunch and dinner, the food was excellent. Dominique & Kacey were excellent waitresses, very attentive to us in getting us what we asked for. So was the others was very kind & attentive, I just don't remember their names. The cleaning crew was very nice in the hallway, very pleasant in saying "good morning". I appreciate that. I loved the hot cookies. The front desk was very generous with giving me one. Kenny was very pleasant &helpful with finding the carts and helping us loan and unload our cars. He was a Godsent.
  : I am 74yrs old and the toilet is very low for seniors. Doubletree need to invest in taller toilets. I was put in a room at the very last room on the floor. Too much walking. I did asked to change rooms closer to the lobby which I did received on the second day. I was very happy for that. I think you shouldn't be charging for parking. I was charged for my roommate who rode in the car with me, my fees were reimburse. In all, I would go back to Doubletree Hotel.

  : The check in desk was extremely nice. Thanks for the cookies!! Very easy check in. Our room was very clean and we slept very well. Very convenient to the interstate.

  : Rude staff from the get go. Charges card multiple times and then states it was declined. Called the credit card company and the customer service confirmed amount without me telling her and stated it went through and the staff still wanted to argue that it didn’t. They had no clue what they were doing. Once in room the bathroom counters were dirty and the toilet kept making loud noises and kept running.

  : I got a tiny room in the corner when I ordered a king suite and the door either kept getting stuck or wouldn’t close and there were ppl asking for money outside

  : You have to pay for parking there is a big area no need for that you also have to pay for breakfast

  : Room was clean and it was close to the sports events.
  : It says on the booking that they charge $15/person for the breakfast but when we got there it increase to $22/person for adult. They need to update it on the prices. Also breakfast starts at 6am we got there around 7 am, staff just barely got started, no cups for drinks, utensils. If they want us to tip the wait staff they got to get it together and provide the service. They also charge for parking as well.
