I had to repeatedly show emails to hotel staff to convince them that my booking said that breakfast was included, with two different staff telling me "we don't include breakfast with the room here." This was annoying and a bit embarrassing to repeat daily with new staff members, especially when there was a line for breakfast and I was holding it up to argue about the free breakfast Booking told me I got with my stay. WIFI is trash. It's usable in the lobby, so if you have to work, plan on doing it down in the lobby. But to work in my room, I had to connect to my mobile hotspot on my phone. Not ideal for a work trip.
