  : The employees were rude. The beds were not queens when the description of the room said two QUEEN beds. They were full beds. You couldn’t get towels after a certain time at night. You only got two towels for a room with double beds. Completely dumb. And when the manager called our room asking about a stray dog he pretty much was nothing but rude to a friend we were sharing the room with.

  : Room was clean. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. Bathroom had great water pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable. Receptionist was fast and polite. The location is convenient to Garrison Ave, and Riverfront park for events. No room deposit was nice. We will stay here again when we come back to Fort Smith.
  : Area is a tad sketchy. WiFi signal was unreliable. The pool being closed was disappointing. Room is a bit out of date with older fixtures. Weatherstrip around door needed replaced.

  : The roof was being worked on. We were not warned. The jackhammers stopped a bit after 6pm. The cheapness of the basics not being provided was startling. The staff were sweet but normal amenities were charged extra or not provided. The bathroom rug was a single hand towel. The ice required a quarter for a bucket. There was no plug for the tub, so a bath was not an option. Of 4 bldgs two stories each with 6 upper and 6 lower units in each building, it appeared only 3 other parties were staying the night besides us.

  : The receptionist was very helpful. I already paid online for the room, but when she asked for my card again I was confused and paid again. After discovering that I indeed paid twice I asked her to refund it and she did. Very friendly also.
  : Pillows were not comfortable.

  : The place is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO run down it was overwhelming!!! Everything was runned down, charis, carpet, floor, tiles, plumbing, pool was empty and completely cracking down, paint peeling
