  : Staff at the front desk were very helpful.
  : This was booked online and I thought I was going thru the hotels website but later found out that it was booked thru third party booking.com. The reservation was made around 10 PM. The reservations went in for the next day, instead of the current day. The phone number listed on confirmation, in case you had any problems, was not correct. The person who answered said the number we were calling was for another hotel chain. We decided to go to the Hotel and work with them there. The hotel could not find a reservation. They looked at our confirmation and informed me that the reservations were made thru bookings.com and the hotel did not show it in their system yet. The hotel clerk told me many people were experiencing the same problem. The front desk gave me the correct number for booking.com. I called them to get things straightened out however the person at booking.com kept placing me on hold. The front desk clerk felt bad and was trying to see what she could do from her end. After about an hour, the front desk clerk was able to get permission from the supervisor to let us stay and they would work it out with booking.com. At the same moment that the front desk was telling me that the hotel would help us out, booking.com called the hotel about our reservation and they even put the hotel on hold without resolving. I ended up hanging up after being in the call for over an hour. After that fiasco we were given the card key for the room. We went to the room and found out that the room keys did not work. I went to Lobby where they made another set and also had a staff member come up to make sure we were doing it correctly. 2nd set of keys did not work. Staff could not get the lock to work. He thought the batteries in the lock may have gone bad. We were then switched to another room on another floor. This time the keys worked however our problems did not end there. Once we entered the room and turned on the lights, we could smell something.

  : All the employees were very friendly. The breakfast was simple but filling. King size bed room was plenty of space for a couple and our toddler.
  : The room could’ve used a deep clean. Particularly the shower. But way more than manageable for the night! :)

  : There were roaches running all throught the room, the facilities in the room were run down and barely working.

  : The owner is awful and they have printed more than once that they offer free WiFi. Well I stayed for 3nights and 1 day and I was told by the staff and owner that level 4 doesn’t have WiFi because of the connection. 140 per night and had no cell service or WiFi my entire vacation stay. What a fantastic vacation!
