  : The staff was consistently unfriendly. Several pieces of equipment did not work, including an elevator and the washer and dryer. Also, the pool was closed indefinitely. In my room, both the toilet paper holder and towel rack were on the floor.

  : Breakfast is amazing! Pool area is nice when it is heated.
  : heater broke in pool/hot tub, didn't look at for long time even after multiple requests. Down for days as a result. Housekeeping left a bit to be desired most days, didn't leave towels one day, etc. No outlet in bathroom area for blow dryer.

  : The rooms were nice and clean. I feel like the housekeeping staff went above expectations. The location is pretty great. The "Wednesday Social" was a nice treat. It took care of a meal and my son got to meet other kids. They all played together in the pool the next day. There was a variety of fresh fruit each morning for breakfast. We were happy they offered biscuits and gravy one day!
  : There is one elevator for the half and 3 floors of this side of the hotel. The location was not convenient for our location. The bed was horribly uncomfortable! There was no ice maker other than the refrigerator in your room. It made for an extra stop to stop at a gas station, put ice in the cooler, then go back to the hotel and haul a half full bag of ice to the freezer, then head to the beach. Everyday was "plain/cheesy eggs" for breakfast and a meat side.
