  : It was a great location very easy to find. Room was perfect for me because I was traveling alone.
  : Musty smell, had to put in the lock code multiple times to get the door to open and the most unpleasant was that I heard the people in the next rooms conversations as if they were right there in my room.

  : Rooms were up to date and very nice.
  : There was only one outlet that you could plus your phone in. The frame was bolted to the outlet behind the bed which made me have to plug my phone by the kitchen!

  : I loved the immediate beachfront access and the location; within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants etc. The building itself is old and shows wear, but the rooms are clean and freshly remodeled. If you’re looking for a Waldorf Astoria type property this is not your place. If you appreciate old school mom and pop hotels and live music until midnight, the Beacon is for you!
  : The only real complaint I had was that I could not get in and out of my room very easily as the door access code did not operate properly. It took a jiggling and pushing and shoving but we managed! lol. Also, I never really saw any hotel staff members on site and the office appeared to be locked, however they were always available by phone and were able to resolve issues, if you needed assistance.
