Fort Myers Beach House with Private Deck and Gulf Views

  : The location was amazing! Gulf of Mexico is steps away. Proximity to restaurants and bars is perfect! You can walk and don’t need to worry about finding parking.
  : The home itself was ok. No cable in the bedroom tv. Bed was comfortable.

  : We were being WATCHED constantly on their ring door bell. I had my family over on a Sunday afternoon before the football game (they live in ft Myers), there were six of us total sitting on the balcony for maybe 3 hours. I was accused and sent a violation email Wednesday that I had 6 guests “Staying” at the property. I explained to the property manager Alicia that the only people sleeping at the property were my husband and I. I asked her to check her ring camera every night for proof since they watched us all day everyday anyways. She said it was okay, I was allowed to have visitors as long as they weren’t spending the night since the occupancy was 4 guests. On Thursday, I heard them log into their ring camera to watch us and I received another email and being accused my friend (who came to Florida with us but staying somewhere else) had a code to the door because they watched her walk inside to use the bathroom. I explained she was visiting and sleeping at the lani kai, which I forwarded Alicia my friends invoice proving she was not spending the night (which is insane), even though the occupancy was 4 guests. My friend didn’t even have the code as I was sitting on the balcony next to her when she entered the property which was visible on camera. Alicia then emailed asked why I had a visitor everyday, all day if she was staying somewhere else. I told Alicia to call me or come over since she couldn’t comprehend anything. She didn’t call. I then received another email stating I am only allowed 4 people at all times on the property, which was fine. This made our last two nights at the property extremely uncomfortable though as I realized they would watch and listen to us all day. I actually spent my last night (Friday) with my friend at lani kai while my husband stayed at the property because it was so uncomfortable. We came to the beach to relax with a beach view, not to be watched and accused of something none of us were doing.

  : Beautiful view! Comfortable. Nice big master bed. Close to everything. Kids could walk everywhere they wanted to go. Had movie channels.

  : Location was FAB. Easy beach access. Bar next door had bands playing which was an added bonus. Pretty well stocked kitchen. Floors were clean. Air conditioning units in both the living area and the bedroom. Parasailing and jet skiing on the beach adjacent to the hotel a few doors down. Great balcony. Really enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time outdoors in the sand and water.
  : Unit was a bit tired and worn down. Older duplex. House was on the market so that is probably the reason why owners did not put money into it. Vent in bathroom not in working order. Vertical blinds needed to be replaced as they had missing slates in both the living area and the bedroom. In that area, this home would be torn down and the new owners would build a larger, high rise home or multi-unit.

  : Location. On the beach
  : House was in state of disrepair. Blinds broken, dirty mask found in drawer, large waterbug/?cockroach visited 3am during bathroom visit, one air conditioner barely hanging in window. House rocked with wind and some movement. Very disappointed with the state of this home. Too many issues to include all.
