  : First thing noticed on arrival was the smell. The whole place smelled like urine. Carpet has numerous urine stains. Contacted the property and asked for some remedy (air fresheners or febreeze or something) but got no response. Fridge was not clean on our arrival. Pizza box sitting on top of the cupboard in the kitchen. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. No laundry detergent provided, but they require you to load and start the wash cycle before you leave. Garbage disposal had fish parts stuck in it (which really helped the smell). Outside there was a horrible smell of sulfur due to a decaying mass of seaweed and sea life that was about 100 yards upwind on the beach. No dedicated beach access, options are: 1) walk through a construction site or 2) walk to the public access 1/4 mile away. Not sure what the extremely high “cleaning cost” is going towards. Also at least a few of the throw pillows in the living room have a fishy smell. There are loose tiles on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom which definitely pose a slipping danger even when the floor is dry. Overall this place is acceptable only if you were born without a nose.

There were no wash clothes and we needed to ask twice and waited two days for them Disappointed that we had to supply so many items and were not aware until a few days before trip Repairs were needed on counter tops in bathroom and kitchen Could use a deep cleaning
