  : Since they have renovated the hotel it is really not much fun anymore. If you are not a gambler or want a night club they have but they do not open until late so really not much to do like it used to be. The inside area is so cramped now it isnt fun.

  : I liked the location, the casino, and the food mall conveniently close. I like the security of the valet and how they parked the cars. Aside from my long discourse of "What didn't you like?", I would still stay here again. I feel alot of responsibility for some of the problems I experienced, even as much as I tried to prepare, of my unprepared-ness and not knowing important details of the location as a whole.
  : Booking com made me pay extra than what I was supposed to pay because on arrival to check-in to the room the hotel said they didn't find anything for booking.com, or that it wasn't paid (or both). So instead of paying $680 for 2 nights I paid close to $1000. How it added up was booking made me pay only the 1st night and fee's and taxes before i arrived (about $315), but when I arrived they said there was a problem (from what I have gathered it was the two problems above). After about 15 minutes of them calling Booking com and waiting on the line, they told me to call Booking com to make a payment. I called them, waited about 7 minutes, and then they told me to talk to the property because they are who handles the payment. It was going to be an endless game of back and forth, and I was already stressed, so I just paid the entire amount in full. The full amount was $680 something. I never got the $300 that I prepaid back, and it wasn't taken out of the amount I had paid.They are also very stingy with towels. For a two queen bed room (just for me) there was only like 2 towels and 2 washcloths. The shower head was relatively strong, hot nice water but the width of the shower head water made the bathtub walls soaked to the point you had to turn the water down to avoid it from drenching everything.By the way, I feel like the Booking com issue could have been fixed if I was alerted before trying to check in that there are 3 hotels and not just one. I feel as if it could have contributed to confusion and data-base problems. On my initial check in, it was at another hotel in the same building but they were still able to see my reservation to some extent. It's a mess, and I'm still confused as well.

  : Room service was very bad Room was NOT clean. Smoking smell in my room I spent over 40k in the casino never offered room to stay over night When I asked for better rate the lady said she can’t help
