  : great location on the beach. staff was wonderful. upgraded our room so we could have the best view. Complimentary and convenient transportation at night to restaurants. loved the lazy river. excellent staff at beach and pool.

  : Unfortunately, my experience was not good, despite the promising location and appealing exterior.Firstly, the hotel is significantly outdated. This was most evident in the room I stayed in, where the furniture was dirty and used. The cleanliness of the room overall was a major concern, as it did not meet the basic standards I would expect from a hotel in this price range.The bed was another disappointment. It was uncomfortable.Moreover, the price did not reflect the quality or value of the stay. In fact, it was the worst price-to-value ratio I have ever experienced in a hotel. Given the high cost, I anticipated a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and comfort.Overall, I would not recommend the Pelican Grand Beach Resort.
